Due to the perishable nature of our products, BeatBox Beverages does not accept returns on liquid products; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Process

Examine your package immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage, breakage, or missing items from your order.

If there is an issue, email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
- 3.Resolution Review
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and determine eligibility for a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.
- 4.Merchandise Returns
For non-beverage items like apparel or gear, items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a standard 30-day exchange.
